We have all taken social media into our hearts and the invent of it has made connecting with like minded people so much easier but if you’re involved in way with the sex or BDSM industry and community then you may have experienced some undue sanctions from the current well known platforms. We rely on these platforms for community, communication, publicity and entertainment. Certain social media platforms are pushing these industries out due to their standards and stating it is against their ethos to allow them to continue. This wasn’t helped by recent rulings concerning accountability on social media. However, I was recently introduced to a new platform by a friend of mine which promises to give the same style of experience as other well known sites without the cracking down on nudity or fetish. I believ ande it will be the next big thing in alternative social media as we all need a platform we can relax on and be ourselves. So if you are on the hunt for a more relaxed, more accepting space on the internet look no further and check out www.fetbox.co.uk
Make sure to get your club and party reviews coming in, tell the world which are the best and worst swinging and BDSM venues that you have attended. Maybe you have found a hidden gem or have been disappointed by a well known location, either way, tell the rest of the community.
“I recently attended a session at the Pain Palace in Worcester and it’s a great venue. Lots of equipment available and clearly looked after. I would definitely recommend it. A plus! – C”
Surgery is open, how can I help you this week?
“I’m attending a fetish club for the first time and don’t know what to wear, help!
It can be nerve wracking going somewhere new, especially its a style of venue that’s new to you too. Most venues will have dress codes so check out their website to see their personal regulations. If you’re still unclear or they are broad rules you could try looking on their social media for photos of previous nights or sending them a message, most people and venues will be only too happy to help. If you are going with friends or know people who have been before then they would be good to ask as they will have had first hand knowledge of what people wear. General rule of thumb is if you don’t want to go in fetish clothes, go smart! Have a great time and let us know how you got on and of course, what you wore!
Until next time, stay decadent!
