Dr Decadence parties anonymously with the UK Glamour Awards girls at Eureka

Pic 2Well, what a deliciously decadent weekend we had. The glorious August weather went against the norm for a British bank holiday, the sun was glowing and dappling everything in a beautifully luminous light. Always wanting to keep a low profile, we managed to book ourselves into the libertine lifestyle club, Eureka, anonymously and what a weekend we chose to do so! As it was August Bank Holiday they were having a big festival weekend so the entertainment was top notch. We threw ourselves into the wanton hedonism of our location as the fun kicked off with Saturday’s foam party in the outdoor pool followed by lots of lively games in the alluring water. For those more able to reveal themselves there was also a ball pool where guests could win a number of exciting prizes including free admission to party nights or free accommodation. After all this excitement we decided to relax in the on-site cabana village and catch some rays on the lush lawns whilst sampling the clubs signature slush puppies and watching the yoga class which was taking over part of the lawn.

That evening we attended the Carnival Party and it was certainly a smash. The beautiful guys and girls really made the effort and you would have been forgiven for thinking you were in Notting Hill with the colourful carnival feel to the proceedings. The appearance of the UK Glamour Awards crew added extra allure to the evening when they arrived to promote their upcoming event. There certainly was a buzz of excitement when the tantalizing trio of Tracy Kiss, Jessica Blake and Kaz B partook in a photo shoot within the grounds, they did beg me to join in but I had to respectfully decline, well one does have to keep their mystery. Once the photographer had finished with the exquisitely delectable ladies they turned the cameras on the jubilant revellers and got a number of photos as the party continued throughout the night; can’t wait to see these surface…

I hope that you are all putting your votes in for the girls entering the impending UK Glamour Awards, the finale is almost round the corner and as you can see the excitement is building with the provocative promo events being attended by the guys and gals involved. Not only were the gang at Eureka on Saturday night but they were also partying on the Thames on Wednesday.

Sunday morning arrived with that nasty bad head feeling caused by the over-exuberance and of course the drinks from Michael’s Bar. We did what any self respecting adult does with a sore head, we went for breakfast. What a treat the breakfast selection in the main club room was, it was reasonably priced and perfectly executed with friendly table service; and on checking, they have a 5 star food and hygiene rating as well. After we had refuelled mind body and soul with crispy bacon and plenty of coffee we once again rejoined the members relaxing within the grounds and spa. Sunday was a lazy affair of sunbathing in the glorious sunshine before partaking in some more pool games until the foam made another appearance. The Sunday afternoon mega quiz was a fun filled interlude before the exuberance of the night time proclivities.

It was clear that safety and security were paramount and there seemed to be staff and volunteers everywhere all weekend to ensure your every need was catered for. The car park was marshalled to make sure everyone parked sensibly as it was very busy throughout the weekend, it would be difficult to say how many revellers there were on site as they have 23 acres including the vast woods, but it seemed very busy as there was a copious amount of cars in the available parking area.

Sunday night once again saw the club and its guests put their dancing shoes on with another party. This time the entertainment included live music from Ska band Skabretta, the music was amazing and the site of the whole club rocking and dancing to the music was truly amazing. The music was so good we would have no qualms going to see them out of the scene, in the vanilla world.

In all, an exceptionally satisfying weekend, as expected the event ran smoothly and there was a great atmosphere all weekend. I have to offer my gratitude and praise to all the staff and volunteers at Eureka, you truly know how to put on a party.Pic 1

Exciting news!! Coming soon for you naughty girls and boys!!

We will soon be launching our telephone hotline for you sensual souls, as you seem a bit shy with your questions by email. Maybe you will be a bit more daring with a phone in one hand and a little tipple to calm your nerves in the other.

If you don’t have your tickets yet for the Awards night then get in quick because the excitement is surpassing that of a new Hermes release and tickets are selling faster than Singapore Slings at the Raffles hotel. I wonder if I could sneak in there anonymously…Decadence
