Look For Love has fallen to a dangerous mark and looks worth siding with at 10/1 to take advanatge in the 2.20 at Plumpton today now eased in grade.
Sue Gardner’s was last successful in April 2013 when slamming Gizzit by 11 lengths at Exeter in a class 4 contest off a mark of 103.
The seven-year-old went on to finish a solid second to Seebright at Perth in another class 4 contest off 116, and also ran well to finish third at Newton Abbot last year in a class 3 contest off 107.
He now drops down into class 5 company for the first time since going handicapping and is able to race off a mark of just 100.
That is a career-low and 3lb lower than when last successful.
It makes Look For Love dangeroiusly well-treated on the pick of his form, especially with Lucy Gardner in the saddle taking another 5lb off his back.
This is also an extremely weak looking contest lacking any strength in depth and looks a good opening for Look For Love to get back in the winners’ enclosure.
