She’s A Star looks on a potentially handy mark on handicpa debut in the 4.10 at Fairyhouse today and overpriced at 16/1.
Noel Meade’s mare has won two of hger four starts over the obstacles and showed a good attitude in the last of those at Galway when digging deep to beat Oathkeeper by a neck.
She was then far from disgraced when pitched into Grade 3 comapny and finishing a 7 1/2 length runner-up to Death Duty in the Monksfield Novices’ Hurdle at Navan.
The winner is a highly-regarded sort rated 149 and the fourth home Livelovelaugh, who was nearly 18 lengths behind the selection, has won since to be rated 135.
That gives the form a strong look and suggests that an opening mark of 128 for She’s A Star clould well be on the lenient side.
With the stable also going well she looks well worth an each-way wager at the odds opn offer.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way She’s A Star (16/1 bet365, BetVictor – BOG)
