Spurs look worthy odds-on shots to win their home game against Sunderland today (12.45pm KO, Live on BT Sport 1), but both teams to score at evens with Betfred makes most appeal from a punting perspective.

The Lilywhites have won eight and lost none of their last 11 Premier League games against Sunderland.

They will be keen to bounce back from a defeat against Leicester last weekend, and face a side who have been struggling all season.

It’s hard to see anything but a Spurs victory, but the stats suggest that they will struggle to keep a clean sheet.

It has been seven games in all competitions since Sunderland last failed to score on the road, and that run includes visits  to Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal (twice) and Everton.

Spurs have also won just twice to nil at home all season, so evens about both teams netting looks a decent play.

Christian Eriksen has scored in all three of his Premier League games against the Black Cats, and that makes him look worth a wager at 7/4 with bet365 and Coral to net anytime.
