We continue heading into the business end of the Premier League season, meaning other factors such as motivation need to be taken under consideration alongside the form and quality of teams involved. This weekend we’re going for a small but tasty value treble on Saturday afternoon with some excellent odds to boost our returns.
Our Premier League banker landed again last weekend to keep the profit ticking over nicely, with the rolling figure currently standing at £147.03.
The best bet this week is our Premier League Win Treble at 6.29/1 with bet365.
Southampton vs Hull: Southampton certainly aren’t having the best of seasons after losing Sadio Mane and, perhaps more importantly, Ronald Koeman last summer, but they should be able to get the win here. They’re facing a Hull side who have lost 14 of their last 16 away days in the Premier League, keeping just two clean sheets and conceding 12 in their last five games. It’s hard to back anything other than a home win here.
West Brom vs Leicester: Leicester’s honeymoon period with Craig Shakespeare seems to have drawn to a close, with a 1-0 defeat at Arsenal midweek making it four games without a win. They have lost eight of their last 11 away days and West Brom, by comparison, have won an impressive eight of their last 12 at The Hawthorns. At odds of 6/4 The Baggies look good value for the three points.
Crystal Palace vs Burnley: Sam Allardyce took a while to turn Crystal Palace’s fortunes around, but he has eventually managed it and they have now won six of their last nine games despite having to face the likes of Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Leicester in this run. They’re facing a Burnley side who are still winless on the road this season, with 13 of their 17 trips away in the Premier League ending in defeat.
Sam Allardyce’s changes have taken Crystal Palace to the brink of safety in the Premier League after a torrid opening half to the season. They may have lost at home to Spurs in midweek but they fought hard in that game and a 1-0 loss to the title challengers isn’t anything to be ashamed of. The Eagles have managed victories over the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool recently and have won six of their last nine Premier League matches.
Burnley aren’t doing so well. They lost at home last weekend to send them a step closer to a relegation battle, and that’s almost exclusively down to their away form. They haven’t won a single league game on their travels all season and have lost 76% of them. Considering they’re coming up against an in form home side odds of 3/4 for a Crystal Palace win are fantastic value for money.
