Posted on by Dave Metcalf

Silvery Moon makes plenty of appeal at 7/1 in the 7.30 at Carlisle today now eased in grade.

Tim Esaterby’s veteran has a good record over course and ditstance having won twice and been placed twice from five start.

He ran well two starts back over it when fourth of 16 to Carnageo in the Carlisle Bell and was also far from disgraced last time otub when sixth in a competitive class 3 affair at York.

Silvery Moon has since been dropped anothjer 2lb to 82, 3lb lower than when last successful.

It gives the 10-year-old major claims at the weights, especially now dropped back dow into class 4 company in which he has a 46% strike rate.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 3pts each-way Silvery Moon (7/1 BetVictor, Ladbrokes, Sky Bet, William Hill – BOG)
