Estate looks the Real deal at Wolves

Real Estate is a promising unexposed sort and looks worth a wager at 9/2 to open his account in the 3.45 at Wolverhampton today.

James Tate’s three-year-old has only had five starts and shaped with plenty of promise on handicap debut at Yarmouth on return to action last month when a 4 length fourth of 10 to Beach Walk off a rating of 70.

He could then manage only sixth of 12 to Whinmore last time out at Redcar but was given an uninspired ride By Graham Lee having been steadied heavily at the start and held-up in the last pair before making late headway.

I though he shaped better than the 7 1/4 lengths he was beaten and he had previously raced up with the pace at Yarmouth.

Real Esate has since been eased further in the weights and is now able to race off 68.

That looks exploitable judged on his Yarmouth run off 2lb higher and the form of that race looks pretty solid in the context of this contest.

Tate also does well with his runners at the venue and the booking of Harry Bentley (1-2 for the yard in the past 12 months) is a positive one.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Real Estate (9/2 Betfair – BOG)
