Chelsea’s shock loss at home to Crystal Palace cost us dearly this weekend, but thanks to our consistent bankers of the weekend and our recent acca win we’re still well in profit for the season and look to increase that margin in the coming weekend fixtures.

After losing both bets last weekend our rolling profit figure currently stands at £116.01.

The best bet this weekend is our Premier League Accumulator at 7.94/1 with bet365.

Premier League Accumulator – £10 returns £89.40

  • Tottenham -1.5 Asian Handicap (vs Watford)
  • West Brom Win or Draw Double Chance (vs Southampton)
  • Over 2.5 Goals (West Ham vs Swansea)
  • Both Teams to Score (Bournemouth vs Chelsea)

Tottenham vs Watford: Tottenham kept the Premier League title race alive with their late comeback at Swansea in midweek, extending their winning streak to six games. At home they have won ten league games on the bounce and five of them have been by more than a single goal. Watford have lost seven of their last ten away from home and 75% of their away losses this season have been by a two goal margin or more.

West Brom vs Southampton: West Brom may have been on the end of a disappointing loss at Vicarage Road in midweek, but their home form is something to be admired. They have won eight of their last ten games at home and only lost four times all season. Southampton have only won three of their last 12 away games in the Premier League too, so The Baggies should be able to get something from the game.

West Ham vs Swansea: West Ham and Swansea are both struggling for form at the moment, but that’s largely down to their defensive vulnerabilities rather than any issues going forward. This has resulted in some high scoring games, with each of West Ham’s last five home games having at least three goals scored and ten of Swansea’s last 12 on the road also being high scoring affairs.

Diego Costa – due a goal this weekend?

Bournemouth vs Chelsea: Chelsea may have forged a reputation for being defensively sound under Antonio Conte, but that has started to slip recently. They have conceded in eight consecutive Premier League games and in six of their last nine away from home. Bournemouth have scored in 12 of their 15 home games this season too and bagged two at Anfield in midweek, so I’m not expecting any clean sheets on Saturday.

Premier League Banker: West Ham vs Swansea Over 2.5 Goals – £20 returns £35

This one has goalfest written all over it. West Ham have been dreadful at the back this season, with only one team conceding more goals than them on home soil this season. That one team happens to be Swansea, who have shipped more goals away from home than any team except Hull this term.

Looking at more recent developments West Ham conceded three at Arsenal in midweek and have conceded 11 goals in their last four games at the troubled London Stadium. Swansea conceded three goals in the final 5 minutes at home to Tottenham in midweek and have conceded 23 goals in their last nine trips away from home in the Premier League.

The Swans have scored in six of their last eight on the road though and managed three at Anfield in January, whilst West Ham have scored eight in their last five home games and have only failed to score in two of their last 12 at home.

With both teams in decent form going forward but shocking at the back a high scoring game here looks very likely, and odds of 3/4 for Over 2.5 Goals offer a lot of value.
