Lots to like about American Life

American Life looks worth siding with at 5/1 on debut for Oliver Greenall in the 3.00 at Market Rasen today.

The 10-year-old is a five time winner over hurdles who ran well to finish runner-up in two of his last three starts last season when in the care of Sophie Leech.

In the last of tjose he went down fighting by just a length to the unexposed Late Date in a 15-runner contest at Perth.

He has been nudged up 4lb for that effort, but is still well-treated off a revised rating of 94 on the pick of his form.

His last success over the obstacles came off 1llb higher and he will relish any further rain that hits the track.

The booking king of Harry Skelton to do the steering also catches the eye and looks another positive as he has had just 4 rides for the yard, finishing in the frame on three occasions.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win American Life (5/1 generally available – use BOG firms)
