Everton looks a solid bet at 4/6 with BetVictor and Paddy Power to beat Newcastle at Goodison tonight (8pm KO, Live on Sky Sports 1)and maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

Roberto Martinez rested most of his key players for the midweek Capital One Cup defeat at Fulham with this game in mind and they have proved difficult to beat so far this season and two consecutive wins against Chelsea and West Ham.

The visitors have also recovred well from their 4-0 drubbing ath the hands of Man City with victories over Fulham and Aston Villa and this is likely to prove a hard fought match in which one goal could well settle the outcome.

Indeed, in the last 10 games between the pair their has only been two occasions on which there has been more than one goal between the sides and with that in mind I think that Everton are worth a punt at the 27/10 on offer with Ladbrokes to win by a single goal.

Romelu Lukaku has scored four goals in his last four Premier League appearances for the Toffees and makes plenty of appeal at 9/2 with Hills and Paddy Power in the first goalscorer market.

He can also be backed at a standout 13/10 with BetVictor to net anytime, and that looks cracking value given that he is short as 10/11 in a place to do so.
