Our Greta looks worth an each-way wager at 16/1 in the 3.50 Wolverhampton today now that she is back down to her last winning mark and eased in grade.
The David Loughnane trained four-year-old filly was last successful over 7f at Yarmouth back in October when landing a class 6 contest by 3/4 of a length off a rating of 62 when in the care of Mick Appleby.
She the ran well off 66 when a 1 4/4 length fifth of 15 over 6f at this venue in a class 5 and also ran well two starts back in a similar grade affair over 1m at Haydock when a keeping on fourth of eight to Miss Sheridan off 64.
Our Greta is now able to race off 62 again and now drops back down into class 6 company in which she is 1-1.
It makes her a player in this from a handicapping perspective if getting the extended 1m 1f trip.
She has only had two tries over similar journeys and the way in which she kept on when fourth to Miss Sheridan suggested it should not be beyond her.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Our Greta (16/1 generally available – use BOG firms)
