Sleepy Haven is potentially well-treated now switched back to hurdles in the 3.20 at Market Rasen today and looks worth siding with at 10/1.

Jennie Candlish’s gelding is a three-time winner over the smaller obstacles who has been let down by his jumping since going chasing this season.

the six-year-old was last successful when landing a competitive class 3 contest at Kempton 13 months ago when staying on strongly in the mud to beat War Singer by 2 1/2 lengths off a mark of 132.

Sleepy Haven got put up 10lb to 142 after that success, and didn’t shaped too badly off his revised mark when 13th of 23 to Violet Dancer in the valuable Betfair Hurdle at Newbury.

He is now able to race off just 128, 4lb lower than when last victorious, and that gives him a big shout at the weights on the pick of his form.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Sleepy Haven (10/1 generally available – use BOG firms)
