Tango Sky has slipped to a career-low mark and makes plenty of appeal at 11/2 in the 7.55 at Nottingham today.
Paul Midgley’s eight-yaer-old is on long losing run having been last sucessful at Redcar two years ago when scoring off 64.
However, he has posted a number of solid efforts to make the frame – including twice off 67 – and is now able to race off just 56.
That gives him major cliams at the weights and he comes into the contest on the back of three decent efforts, including when a keeping on third at Redcar last time out when beaten 1 3/4 lengths.
Tango Sky also has a near 20% strike rate in the grade having won three times and been placed on four occasions from 17 starts in it.
With Adam Kirby in the saddle, who has been placed on six occasions in eight rides for the yard, everything looks in place for a big run.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Tango Sky (11/2 BetVictor, Betfred – BOG)
