Turtle Cask has slipped to a dangerous mark and looks worth a wager at 16/1 in the 4.40 at Sedgefield today.
The gelding was last successful back in Deccember 2015 scoring by 13 lengths at Catterick off a rating of 93 when in the care of Dianne Sayer.
He went on to be placed off marks as high as 101 and also ran well on his final start for Sayer when third at Wetherby back in March off 93.
The eight-year-old has since failed to fire in two starts since joining Mike Sowersby but is now able to race off 88 as a result.
That is a career-low It gives him a big shout at the weights on the pick of his form if revived following a break.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Turtle Cask (16/1 Paddy Power – BOG)
