Following Amir Khan’s US promoters Golden Boys appeal to the WBA they have ordered a re-match between Khan and Lamont Peterson following the controversy surrounding there 10th December fight in Washington. The WBA have given Peterson 180 days to fight Khan again.
And the bookies have Khan odds on to reclaim his world titles in a rematch with Ladbrokes having Khan 1/2 whilst William Hill have Khan 2/9. Peterson both having Peterson 3/1.
Daily Sport says – This will be a real grudge match now so get ready for plenty of action.
