Cross My Mind ran well when runner-up last time out and is strongly fancied to go one better and open her account in the 6.00 at Windsor today.
Ralph Beckett’s charge went down by 1 1/2 lengths to Golden Image at Salisbury, with the pair pulling 3 3/4 lengths clear of the field.
Altough now 3lb higher in the weights she srill looks ahead of her reviosed rating of 62 and had previously ran well on handicap debut at the same venue when a staying o4 length fourth of 13 to Pippin in a race that has worked out well.
The winner has won again since and the third home El Borracho finished a good third next time up.The fifth home Seinsational has also won since and that gives the form a rock solid look.
Cross My Mind also remains open to improvement after just five starts and is clearly going the right way.
With Harry Bentley in the saddle she looks to have plenty going for her and rates the best bet on the card
Daily Sport recommended bet: 3pts win Cross My Mind (5/2 bet365, Coral, Ladbrokes – BOG)
