This week we continue our series with the stars of Fans Only 2 documentary as we chat to top MILF pornstar Tanya Tate and here is what she had to share with us all here at SPORT HQ.
Q1. What name would you like us to refer to you as? Tanya Tate

Q3. Age? 40’s haha, can I be 21 again?
Q4. Do you have any tattoos, and if so how many hours have you put into them? One on my pubic bone. It was done in one sitting, not long.
Q5. Any piercings? Ears.
Q6. How did you get your start in the industry? I was watching a movie with a friend and thought, I can do that. I researched the market by going into a sex shop in Bolton, UK, looking at the DVDs and sending emails with some photos to production companies. I was invited to London to shoot. They loved me and here I am almost 20 years later.
Q7. How long have you been in the business? I shot my first movie in 2008.
Q8. What are some of your previous projects? I am a twelve time MILF of the Year winner, and have been nominated more times over for my work. My most memorable movie was Tanya Tate Sex Tour Of Ireland. I went around Ireland in a camper van and fans made my camper van rock. I followed it up with Tanya Tate Sex Tour Of Scotland. Fans loved being given the chance to be in a movie with me, and the mainstream press went wild over it.
I shot my first anal scene, which was nominated for Best Career First Performance at both the 2025 and 2026 XMA Awards.
I was host of The Tanya Tate Show on Vivid Radio for seven years, followed by Tanya Tate Presents Skinfluencer Success Podcast.
I have been featured in magazines including FHM, Hustler and Penthouse. I have my own men’s toy, Feel Tanya, from Kiiroo.
I enjoy shooting collaborations and custom videos for my fans on my premium social media platforms. I love interacting with my fans, both virtually online and in person whilst at conventions.
Q9. How did your appearance in Fans Only come about? I was approached by the director Joel at one of the industry award shows. We were both British, so we immediately hit it off. I loved the idea of a documentary showing performers as real people with real lives, doing the job for the love, not because we are forced or desperate.
We sat down for an in depth discussion about me being a performer while managing life as a full time single mum and businesswoman.
Q10. Tell us more about how you think Fans Only is changing or has changed the perception of the Adult Industry? I hope viewers really got to see what we are actually like. We are not drug addicts or down and outs doing this because we are forced. We are successful business people working in a career we love.
Q11. Do you have any upcoming projects? I would love to get back into shooting more mainstream movies. Maybe even do a Tanya Tate showcase. I am putting it out there to the universe and seeing what comes back. I want to continue connecting with my fans online through Mynx, OnlyFans and my other premium platforms, travelling and making more convention appearances.
Q12. What type of music do you listen to and who is your favourite band or artist? I like a mix of old school Abba, Fleetwood Mac, Queen, 80s electronica, 2000s dance music and melodic house. When I want to relax, I listen to Katherine Jenkins or Malte Marten.
Q13. Do you have any hobbies? Being a full time mum is a hobby in itself. I love theatre, working out, healthy eating, dinner and drinks with fun people, spa days and meditation. This year I want to travel more and see new places.
Q14. Favourite sports and who is your favourite team or sports person? Liverpool Football Club. Liverpool born and bred. Need I say any more? #YNWA
Q15. Favourite type of movie and favourite all time movie? I love Disney classics like Mary Poppins and Snow White.
Q16. Favourite type of food and favourite meal? I love organic, clean, wholesome food. I was vegan for quite a while, but I needed more protein in my diet. Something like white fish or chicken with rice and veggies.
Q17. Favourite alcoholic drink? A champagne cocktail. I love bubbles.
Q18. Your No.1 inspiration in life? There are pieces of inspiration in many people. I love the teachings of Wayne Dyer and listen to daily reminders about how amazing life can be when you choose a positive mindset. I also love receiving inspiration and passing it on to others.

Q20. Craziest, wildest or kinkiest place you’ve ever had sex? The camper van travelling around Ireland was definitely the wildest. I was even chased by an Irish farmer who was not too happy seeing my camper van rocking next to his field.
Q21. Do you prefer to make love or F**K? Depends on the mood. I love making love when it is passionate. Sometimes I just want to be taken hard and given a proper, hard shagging!
Q22. Favourite sexual position? I still love the classics. Missionary so I can lie on my back, stimulate my clit and stare into my partner’s eyes. Doggy. I love being thrust deep.
Q23. An interesting or unusual fact about you? I can ride a big motorbike. I love to sing. Call me the karaoke queen. I sing songs to my fans during live shows, dedicating songs to them to popular tunes with my own lyrics. My fans love it. I do not just tell them to wank, I sing it to them.
Q24. If you weren’t a model what job would you most like to do? I always wanted to be a pop singer. I would dance to Top Of The Pops singing into my hairbrush. Failing that, probably still working in a boring office like I used to.
