Amy Willerton took her first hotly-anticipated I’m A Celebrity jungle shower, and while it went down well with fellow bather Joey Essex other female contestants got in a bit of a lather.
As the couple planned to take a dip in the pool together the former TOWIE star asked the Bristol-born Miss Universe if she was planning on weraing her shorts.
“I’ll take them off when I get in. It’s just to go down there,” replied Amy, much to Joey’s delight.
Once they were in the pool Amy stripped down to her bikini and they both rubbed themselves down with soap. “I’m trying to wash my nether regions,” admitted Amy.
“We’ve got to do it together,” said Amy to Joey about washing their hair. “Together? You’re going to wash yourself as well?” said Joey before they both put their heads under the water together. Once they came to the surface, Amy shampooed Joey’s hair for him.
However the fact that the curvy 21-year-old is grabbing the limnelight with stunning figure is not going down well with others who are becoming concious of their bodies.
Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington was narked that Joey fancied the leggy blonde more than her.
She told her fellow campmates that he had offended her when he’d said that Amy was the only ‘fit’ woman in camp.
Joey vehemently denied the accusation.
“I didn’t say that,’ he insisted. “I said Amy’s the only one in this camp who if I wanted to, I could flirt with.”
And over in Croc Creek, Emmerdale actress Lucy Pargeter got a chip on her shoulder when Alfonso told her to cover up after she complained of a sore throat and had also had a dig at Amy flaunting her assets.
“I hate to say this, but probably part of your throat is because you’ve not worn a lot of clothes,” he said.
“Very cheeky boy,” she told the bush telegraph afterwards. “When Amy comes in, I bet he’ll be fine for her to take her clothes off.”
However Rebecca and Lucy may not have to put up with Amy’s antics for much longer according to the bookies.
The 21-year-old is the narrow second favoruite at 3/1 to go in the first elemination, with David Emmanuel heading the betting at 11/4.
