1. What name would you like us to refer to you as? Jewels Jade
2. Where are you from? San Diego CA.
3. Age? 41
4. Any tattoos and what are they of? How many hours have you put into your tattoos? I have a tribal arm band, one on my lower back that wraps around and a heart on my back shoulder with Jay in it and jewels written on the top. The back tattoo took 6 hours!
5. Any piercings? No
6. How did you get your started in your industry? I got started back in 2001/2002 when a director found me in the local strip bar where I was dancing and invited me to do a Girls Gone Wild masturbation shoot. I did well and he took me to LA to watch a full scene and soon I was doing one as well!
