The four X Factor contestants who have never faced the public vote after being eliminated by the Judges in the first Live Show have been given the chance to return to the competition this Saturday.
With a place in the show up for grabs following Frankie Cocozza’s departure, the public will be able to decide via a phone vote which one will re-join the competition.
The four contestants, one from each category: James Michael (Boys); Amelia Lily (Girls); 2 Shoes (Groups); and Jonjo Kerr (Over 25s) went out of the competition when the Judges decided their other three acts should stay.
The act with the most votes will re-enter The X Factor and perform live on Saturday night’s show alongside the six remaining acts left in the competition.
An X Factor spokesperson said tonight: “The four acts have never been in a public vote so, with Frankie leaving the competition, this is an opportunity for the public to decide who comes back to the show.”
To find out who will be returning, tune in at 8.15pm on Saturday night on ITV1 as one of them performs either a Queen classic or Lady Gaga hit on the famous X Factor stage. Only one will get a second chance.
