Well I am having a fantastic time here in Sunny Spain and have been shooting lots of great content… I have also been busy Quad Biking , I also tried Archery in a fabulous place called Lo Rufete in San Miguel
LO RUFETE, is a park where you can practise adventure sports in the country side.
These sports can be: Quads, horse riding, paintball, archery, kayaks, zip wire, eco-friendly cars and a lot more.
You can come on your own, with a friend or to celebrate company parties, birthdays, stag or hen parties etc. Also for schools of all ages
They have a private quad circuit of more then 10.000 m2, 30 quads of all sizes.
3 eco-friendly cars, 16 school horses, 4 carts for horses, 3 riding schools. One of them has the certified messures and has jumping facilities. 16 stables, 6 fields for horses to live out in, 3 tack rooms and 3 showers. 15 kennels and one arena for them to go out in.
A field of 15.000 m2 to play paintball in and all the equipment needed. Archery ground with 12 targets, bows and everything that is needed. A lake and kayaks to use so that you can practice this sport. Bouncy castle, pool, volley-ball and badminton area. Two BBQs, picnic area and toilets.
LO RUFETE is a rural finca in which you can practise adventure sports.We are located 8km from Torrevieja, in between the villiages of San Miguel de Salinas and Torremendo. At about 500 mts to the west we have the La Pedrera Lake, to the south we can see the Sierra Escalona with its vast forest of pines, to the north we have the chain of mountains The Loma Larga and in the east we have the beautiful views of the City of Torrevieja and its surroundings, including the Natural Park of the Salinas. Our surrounding vegetation of pines includes a modern agriculture of oranges and lemons, that let off a sweet aroma, especially when their in blossom. In short this place is brilliant and definately worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.
Terra Natura
I also headed to Benidorm to check out Terra Natura this week
Terra Natura is a new-generation wildlife park where you can discover the “Zooimmersion” experience – a new concept in habitat design which will enable you to come into contact with the animals as if there were no barriers between you – at least, no visible ones! The 320,000 square metres of the Benidorm park are divided into four themed areas: Pangea, the entrance to the park, America, Europe and Asia
At Terra Natura Benidorm you can see more than 1,500 animals from 200 different species, 50 of which are in serious danger of extinction, and over 2,500 examples of more than 160 species of trees, shrubs and ground cover plants from these regions. As well as the hugely varied collection of wildlife, our educational information (through placards with biological details and information points), the architectural theming and the range of shows, entertainment and adventure activities make Terra Natura the venue of choice for families looking to spend an interesting and entertaining day in a natural setting. It was a really cool place where you are able to come face to face with Ekephants, Tigres, Lions , Monkeys and Birds of prey, It was an awesome experience and I can not wait to go back again soon.. It stands next to Terra Mitikka and is great value for money and a great day out.

A Special Invite Ladies
The Willow Tree Private Health Clinic Launch Night!
The Willow Tree is opening the doors of its recently refurbished Health Clinic to the public on 13th June 2013.
The event starts at 5pm and close at 10pm, giving visitors plenty of
time to take in the services on offer and meet the practitioners,
there will also be demonstrations and free consultations.
Each practitioner is known, trusted and registered with their own
professional bodies for example the GMC and NMC, to provide all
potential clients and patients with peace of mind.

about the clinic and how it will benefit the local community.

Complimentary Therapist, Psychotherapist and Cognitive Hypnotherapist.
