British Raider Can Go Close In Germany

I have been pretty much forced to head off to Germany of all places for my final bet when they put on the Group Three Casino Baden-Baden Goldene Peitsche over six furlongs at Baden-Baden (a beautiful track by the way).

Soft ground awaits the 11 runners, and as Arabie has won on good to soft and placed on heavy, the Karl Burke colt gets my vote.

The winner of three of his 10 starts, including the Group Two Prix Robert Papin last summer on French good to soft (so soft then), he was last seen finishing second to Detonate at Deauville, and if he can repeat or better that he has a solid each way chance under jockey Clifford Lee.
