Girls Nail-ing Their Hopes on the Real McCoy

Ladies across Liverpool have gone crazy for having their nails done in the colours of AP McCoy ahead of Saturday’s Grand National at Aintree.

The distinctive style of green and gold stripes being dubbed locally as “The Real McCoy Look” has been a massive hit with ladies queuing up to get in the big race spirit.

PureK, a local Aintree Beauty Salon, has been booked up with girls wanting to get the latest look. Elaine Leader, owner of PureK said:

“Every year, April is a sell-out month with girls getting ready for the Grand National at Aintree. They tend to use our specific beauty packages, but this year the craze has been racing colours nail art. It’s been quite tricky, but they all look great!”

Michelle Wallis, 25, from Liverpool will be keeping her fingers crossed for AP McCoy:

“I’ve had my nails done in support of the Champ; hopefully it will bring us both some luck come the big day!”

Daily Sport says We’ll all hahve to wait and see if AP nails it at Aintree.
