We all know the pitfalls of booking with low cost and unknown airlines but passengers last weekend were definitely not ready for what was to come on their Comtel Air flight from Amritsar to Birmingham via Vienna when flight crew came round with the hat to pay for the fuel as they were not being allowed to leave until the bill was paid.
