Kentucky truck driver Philip Seaton says his penis was removed during a circumcision operation 4 years ago to treat inflammation and is now suing surgeon Dr John Patterson.
Dr Patterson says he removed Mr Seaton’s penis after finding life threatening cancer during the op.
The Seaton’s have already sued The Jewish Hospital where the op took place and they settled for an undisclosed sum.
