12/1 Fingerontheswitch weighted to go well at Haydock

Fingerontheswitch looks weighted to go well in the 4.25 at Haydock today and makes plenty of each-way appeal at 12/1.

Neil Mulholland’s gelding landed his last hurdles success at Doncaster back in February 2016 when scoring by 3 lengths off a rating of 123.

He backed that up with a solid second in this contest off 137 and has twice finished runner-up this season off 127.

Fingerontheswitch is now able to race off 120, a career low over the smaller obstacles and just 1lb higher than when last sucessful in a handicap cahse at Wetherby 13 months ago.

It gives him every chance from a handicapping persoective and this is easier than when he was far from disgraced over course and distance when sixth of 16 to Sam Spinner off 10lb higher.

He also didn’t shape too badly last time out when fiurth at Doncaster and with Harry Reed taking off another 5lb with his claim looks too well-treated to ignore on the pick of his form.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Fingerontheswitch (12/1 bet365, BetVictor – BOG)
