8/1 Oyster looks tasty at Brighton

Funny Oyster looks nicely treated on the pick of her form and makes plenty of appeal at 8/1 in the 3.30 at Brighton today.

George Baker’s filly is yet to win in 11 starts but has posted a number of solid efforts to make the frame.

They include a second on nine to Medburn Dream in a class 5 contest at Windsor on soft ground off a mark of 56 where she kept on well to be beaten 2 lengths.

The winner, from whom she was receiving 7lb, has gone on to win three times sincve to be rated 86 and the third and fourth home have also gone on to taste success.

That gives the form a solid look in the context of this lower grade class 6 contest and suggests that Funny Oyester’s current mark of 58 is exploitable.,

She also now gets the services in the saddle Robert Winston for the first time and everything looks in place for a big run.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Funny Oyster (8/1 bet365, Betfred, BetVictor – BOG)
