Arsenal a tasty punt at 17/10 to topple the Toffees

The big Premier League game of the day sees Everton play host to Arsenal (5.30pm KO, Live on Sky Sports 1), and the away side look worth a wager at a generally available 17/10 to come out on top.

Everton won this 3-0, back in April to end a run of 13 games against the Gunners in the top flight.

Arsene Wenger’s side have now gone four games without a win over the Toffees, but impressed when beating Manchester City in the Community Shield and despite being made to work hard before beating Crystal Palce 2-1 on the opening day of the season look a side who have plenty more to offer and are leading contenders for title honours.

Arsenal’s German World Cup-winning trio of Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski are alos now available should Wenger choose to make some changes, and I think they have a far stronger squad than their Merseyside rivals and can make their class tell.

Olivier Giroud looks decent value at 7/1 with BetVictor and Coral to open the scoring and fire them to success, in a game which has got goals written all over it.

Everton have scored at least two goals in each of their last six Premier League home games, and Arsenal have a team full of attacking talent capable of finding the vack of the net.

That suggests that over 2.5 goals is well worth a wager at the 10/11 on offer with BetVictor and Coral.
