Automated the ace in the pack at Leopardstown

Automated is dangerously well-treated now switched back to the level in the 8.30 at Leopardstown today and rates a solid bet at 7/2.

Gordon Elliott’s gelding is better know as hurdler these days and has been rated as high as 142 over the obstacles.

Autmoated is now able to race off a flat rating off just 75, 3lb lower than when a solid second in a handicap at Down Royal last September.

It gives him a huge shout at the weights, esepcially in relation to his hurdles rating.

Automated also goes well for jockey Colin Keane who has partnered him three times, winning once and been placed on another.

He looks potentially thrown-in and everything suggests he is the one to beat.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 4pts win Automated (7/2 generally available – use BOG firms)
