Benfica play host to Chelsea in the Champions League tonight (7.45pm KO, Live on Sky Sports 2) and look cracking value at 6/4 with Paddy Power to come out on top.
The home side have won 11 of their last 12 games at the Stadium of Light whereas Chelsea have won only one of their last six away games.
Ok, the visitor’s have shown improved form under Roberto Di Matteo and were impressive in knocking out Napoli.
But everything went right for them that night, and Saturday’s 0-0 draw with Spurs showed that they still had some way to go in all departments to get back to the force of old.
Their main problem however has been in attack as recent failures at West Brom and Everton highlighted, and Benfica are more than capable of shutting them out.
The Portuguese side managed to do just that against Zenit in the last round and did so against Sporting in November despite playing the last third of the game with just 10 men.
They are also very strong upfront, and I can see them proving too hot for Chelsea to handle.
