The British Cruiserweight title is up for grabs on the Price v Harrison undercard tonight (Live on Boxnation), when Jon Lewis Dickinson squares off against Shane McPhilben.
Mcphilben was robbed of being the rightful winner when Enzo Maccarinelli won a pretty poor decision against him. Maccarinelli subsequently got stripped of the title for failing a drugs test and McPhilben nows gets a second bite of the cherry against the decent Jon Lewis Dickinson.
To be honest I didn’t think a great deal of Mcphilben and have him down in my notebook as one to take on in the future – and perhaps Dickinson is the man to do it tonight.
He suffered an early couple of career blips but looks as though he has bounced back nicely. He punches hard and this looks like it is his coming out party.
Lets take the Dickinson stoppage in what will hopefully be an an impressive performance
