BLUES TO BOUNCE BACK TONIGHT?

After getting thumped 6-0 by Manchester City last weekend, Blues gaffer Maurizio Sari can’t afford any more ‘hiccups’.

Tonight’s Europa League game should get him and his boys back on track.

Chelsea are one of seven teams to remain unbeaten in this season’s Europa League group stages – have lost none of their four previous encounters with Swedish opposition, in all competitions (W1 D3).

Malmo have lost four of their five games against English opposition. The only exception was a 2-1 home win against Nottingham Forest in the first round of the 1995-96 UEFA Cup.

Malmo are unbeaten in their last eight home games in European competition – (W2 D6. All seven of their goals in this season’s Europa League have come in the second half.

One to watch Oliver Giroud has scored 4 goals in his last 3 Europa outings.

Bet of the night Malmo are 8/1, Chelsea are 2/5, however the draw may appeal to cynics, at 10/3.
