Braehmer and Culcay to joint headline Hamburg show April 27

Juergen Braehmer 39-2, 30 KO’s and Jack Culcay 14-0, 10 KO’s  will joint headline Sauerland’s April 27 show at Sporthalle Hamburg, with Braehmer defending his European light-heavyweight title against Tony Averlant 18-7-2, 4 KO’s and Culcay defending his WBA-Intercontinental light-middleweight title against Argentine Guido Nicolas Pitto 17-1, 7 KO’s.

Braehmer told DAILY SPORT boxing “I won’t be underestimating Tony Averlant. He proved his worth during the fight with Eduard Gutknecht when he nearly snatched the title away from him last year. I watched the bout, so I know what to expect,

“I know I can do better. The fight in Berlin was the first one after a long period outside of the ring and consequently the first time for a while that I have gone through proper preparation. Now I will keep this professional attitude up. The fans will be able to tell the difference come April 27.”
