Camache Queen ready to rule at Ffos Las

Camache Queen relished the drop back to sprinting when scoring with plenty to spare last time out and looks solid value at 6/1 to follow-up in the 3.00 at Ffos Las today.

Denis Coakley’s filly only had to be driven out to beat Maze by a length over 6f in soft ground at Newcastle and scored with far more in hand than the winning margin suggests.

before that she had been running respectably in 7f contests without quite getting home, and judged on her win at Gosforth park sprinting is clearly her game.

The handicapper has put her up just 4lb for that win, and that looks lenient given that she remains lightly raced and open to further improvement at 6f now that connections have found the key to her.

Her proven ability to handle the testing conditions is a major plus, as is her draw in stall 14 from where she should be able to obtain a good early pitch against the favoured stands rail.

Eddie Ahern, who gave her a peach of a ride last time out, is once again back in the saddle and everything looks in place for a huge run.

She is clearly thriving and the one they all have to beat and I find it impossible to not see her in the frame at the very least.

At 6/1 she looks an each-way steal.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Camache Queen (6/1 generally available – BOG)
