Capard King weighted to go well at Uttoxeter

Capard King is lurking on a dangerous mark at present and looks worth a punt at 13/2 in the 2.10 at Uttoxeter today.

Jonjo O’Neill’s charge landed a class 3 novices handicap chase ar Southwell in November 2015 off a mark of 135 and went on to score at Southwell back in April 2016 off an official rating of 136.

He was also far from disgraced when fourth of 15 to What A Moment in a competitive amateur riders’ contest at Cheltenham in November of that year but then lost his way.

However, that resulted in him tumbling in the weights and he is now able to race in this class 4 affair off just 118.

It makes him a major player in on the pick of his form and Capard King also has a good record in class 4 company having won three times and been placed on three occasions in 10 starts.

Now stepped back up in trip and refitted with the cheekpieces, he looks weighted to run a big race.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts each-way Capard King (13/2 BetVictor, Betfair, Labdokes – BOG)
