Cara’s Way worth a wager to follow-up

Cara’s Way scored in good style last time out and looks worth a wager at 5/2 to follow-up in the 2.20 at Ludlow today.
That first career success came earlier in the month on her first start for trainer Phil Kirby in a class 4 five-runner contest at Doncaster.
Cara’s Way made a mistake and lost ground and the sxith but then regained her momentum and close three out before taking up the running at the second last. She then only had to be driven out on the run-in to beat Petronella Manners by 2 lengths off a mark of 105.
I thought she scored with a bit more in hand than the winning margin suggests, so a 4lb rise in teh weighst could well be on the lenient side.
Prior to joinibg Kirby she had also shaped with some promise in Ireland when trained by Gordon Elliott, most notably when fifth of 14 to Defi Bleu in a decent maiden hurdle at Navan which has worked out quite well.
So with her trainer continuing to bang in the winners, the step back up in trip to 2m 5f looking sure to suit, and being able to race in the same grade as when winning at Donny – Cara’s Way looks to hold rock solid claims of going in again.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Cara’s way (5/2 general – use BOG firms)
