Chelsea too strong for Newcastle

The first Premier League game today sees Newcastle play host to Chelsea (12.45pm KO, Live on BTSport1) and the visitors look bankers at a 8/13 with BetVictor and Paddy Power to bag another three points.

Newcastle comme into the game on the back of two losses, against Sudnerland in the Tyne-Wear derby and Man City in the Capital One Cup.

They now face the the new title favourites, who have won their last four away games in a variety of competitions, with Steaua Bucharest, Norwich, Schalke and Arsenal their victims.

Jose Mourihno’s side are also now beginning to find the net with regularity, and if form is anything to go by should win this with a bit to spare.

Also, given that the Magpies have failed to score in seven of their last 12 top-flight encounters with Blues, who have averaged two goals per game in their last five Premier League trips to St James’ Park, backing Chelsea to win to nil also looks worth a wager at a stabdout 2/1 with Coral.

In the correct score market I am going to take a small punt on Chelsea winning 2-0 at odds of 8/1 with BetVictor, Coral and Ladbrokes.
