Class-dropping Invincible Ridge ready to rock at Wolves

Invincible Ridge is back down to a dangerous mark and makes plenty of appeal at 7/1 in the 8.30 at Wolverhampton this evening now dropped back down in class.

Eric Alston’s charge is a udal course and distance winner with the last of those successes coming back in November 2014 off a rating of 75.

The nine-year-old has won twice since, at Redcar off 80 and Ayr off 81, and is now able to race off 75 again.

That makes him look weighted to go in again and Invincible Ridge comes into the race having hinted that he was ready to go in again when a keeping on 3 1/4 length sixth of 10 to Zac Brown in a class 4 contest over CD when short of room inside the final furlong.

He is able to race in this lower grade class 5 affair off 3lb lower and has a strike rate of 66% in the grade having won twice and been placed once in three starts in it.
