The first of today’s televised Premier League games sees Hull play host to Stoke (1.30pm KO, Live on Sky Sports 1) and the draw looks the most solid betting option at the general 11/5 on offer.
The two sides managed to produce just 1 goal fom the 180+ minutes they played last season and the Tigers home record last season was excellent.
They conceded with just 21 goals conceded, and Steve Bruce has since strengthened the defence.
Stoke have also done well under manager Mark Hughes and the stats reveal that they have have lost just one of their last 10 games against The Tigers (W4, D5).
Everything suggests that this will be a real hard-fought affair in which both sides will struggle to find that back of the net, and the 11/5 on offer about them sharing the spoils looks a tad too big with some firms going just 2/1.
In the correct scire market, 0-0 looks the obvious option and worth a wager at a standout 7/1 with Ladbrokes.
