British and Commonwealth Super-Middleweight champ George Groves to get WBO World Title shot against Robert Stieglitz after the WBO put the fight our to purse bids last Monday and today announced that SES Stieglitz German promoters have won the purse bids with an US $800,000 offer for the fight.
Londoner will now be looking to regain his fitness and take on the seasoned Stieglitz in due course.
Daily Sport says – We feel that Stieglitz style is made for Groves and he has every chance of bringing a world title back to the UK.
