Ghepardo has become well-treated and looks worth a wager at 7/1 in the 2.00 at Brighton today now eased in grade.
The filly won her maiden over course and distance 12 months ago off an official rating of 66 when in the care of Richard Hannon, beating Epsicia by 2 1/4 lengths.
She went on to finish in the frame in her next five starts, three times off a mark of 76 – including in class 4 company.
Now in the care of Pat Chamings, Ghepardo is able to race in this class 6 contest off a reduced rating of 66 and she is 1-1 in the grade.
It gives her major cliams from a handicapping perspective and she didn’t shape too badly last time out after a break when weakening late on to finish eighth of 10 at Windsor in a class 5.
That should have blown away the cobwebs and this is the easiest task she has faced for some time. On the pick of her form she is weighted to take all the beating.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Ghepardo (7/1 bet365, BetVictor, Coral – BOG)
