Goodjohn signs with Goodwin

Former amateur star and Welterweight Tyler ‘Tornado’ Goodjohn 6-2, 1 KO has signed a long term promo deal with Steve Goodwin’s growing Goodwin Promotions stable. Goodjohn who lost his last outing over 10 rounds for the Masters title against Danny ‘Cassius’ Connor is expected to make is Goodwin debut in late October  or early November.

Promoter Steve Goodwin is delighted with the latest acquisition. “I have been a long standing admirer of Tyler, in fact he fought on one of our early promotional shows. Tyler has won 6 from 8 so far but he is still a baby and just need nurturing. Like all boxers who sign with us we will select the right fights at the right time and help Tyler achieve all of his goals within boxing”.

Tyler’s manager former boxer Steve Spartacus said “Both myself and Tyler are delighted to be signing with the Goodwin team. We were really impressed when meeting them. They are really determined to go places and we want to help get them there”.

Daily Sport says – With a new TV deal under their belt with Primetime and new signings all the time this camp appear to be going places.
