Oh No Not Harry is potentially nicely treated on his return to action after a lengthy lay-off in the 7.10 at Hereford and looks worth chancing at 12/1.
Ian Williams’ charge had some very good bumper form behind the likes of Bellvano and Chartreux, and shaped with promise several times behind some above average performers when sent hurdling.
The seven-year-old has clearly had his training problems having only ran twice since May 2010, but he didn’t shape to badly on his last run at Warwick back in January when 7th of 15 to Roll The Dice and now races off a 3lb lower mark.
The gelding is now rated 103 having once been as high as 114, and that makes him look well weighted in this.
It’s also interesting that his shrewd connections have persevered with him, and if they can nurse him back to anywhere near his best then he would take the world of beating.
Another plus is that has run well of a lengthy lay-off in the past, and any market support for him would be significant.
However at 12/1 he looks overpriced in my eyes, and is definitely worth an each-way interest.
