Harry Hurricane hot stuff at Donny

Harry Hurricane looks to have plenty going for him in the 2.35 at Doncaster today and makes plenty of appeal at 16/1.

George Baker’s gelding ran a blinder in the race last year when keeping on well to finish a 1 1/4 length runner-up to Steps off a mark of 95.

The four-year-old is now able to race off the same rating and comes into the contest on the back of some solid efforts this season.

Harry Hurricane beat Bogart by a neck in a competitive 15-runner contest at York back in May off his current mark and has run well to finish fifth on his last two outings in competitive affairs at Goodwood and York.

He clearly goes well in bug fields  on a galloping track and is also has form on ground ranging from good-to-firm to good-to-soft.

Harry Hurricane also has a good middle draw and the services of Robert Winston in the saddle who partnered him to his last success.
