Haye ready for Charr grilling

With former world heavyweight champion David Haye announcing last week that he will make a return to the ring on June 29 in Manchester rumours have been rife over who the opponent will be with Haye’s manager/trainer Adam Booth stating that he’ll fight an international ranked opponent and then have another fight before the end of 2013.

Top of the list of opponents seems to be the guy Vitalia Klitschko stopped with a cut eye in 4 rounds last September Manuel Charr the German based Syrian who has only lost 1 of 24 outings also believed to be on Haye’s hit list are 4 other European heavyweights who are all unbeaten Robert Helenius, Denis Boystov, Kubrat Pulev and Vyacheslav Glazkov, but Team Hayemaker seem to fancy a bit of summer Charr grilling come 29 June.

Haye who has stated that he aims to be mandatory for at least one of the Klitschko’s after these 2 fights is being tipped as an outsider for either Klitschko by bookies with Boylesports having Haye at 2/1 to beat Vitali Klitschko (2/5). Should Haye meet with Vitali’s brother Waldimir, Boylesports has installed Waldimir as the 1/5 favourite so come out on top. The odds seem to be against Haye making a triumph full comeback out of retirement.
