Last minute chaos here (I dared to leave my desk) as our pals at The Tote have once again reached out to let us know of the goodies up for grabs this weekend. If you are quick enough to try and find a horse to place in the first six races at Southwell Friday afternoon/evening there is a guaranteed Placepot of at least £50,000 on offer, closely followed by £100,000 at Newbury Saturday, £50,000 at Warwick Saturday, and £50,000 at Exeter Sunday – happy days, and no winners needed.
The braver ones among you may also want to consider the Scoop6 where they start with a win fund of £88,966 (and a Bonus Rollover of £27,087) and they can only get bigger – though it is tougher with the winners needed of the races listed below.
Lastly, my personal favourite is the Trifecta which has a starting fund of £2,287 – and all you need to do for that is find the first three home in the correct order for the 3.35pm at Newbury – me, I’ll be perming Favour And Fortune, Fiercely Proud, Secret Squirrel, and Navajo Indy – but I haven’t won it yet so I wouldn’t take that as advice worth listening to!
