Top Horse Racing action this weekend includes the Coral Cup at Newbury and the Fighting Fifth from Newcastle and our friends at The Tote have updated me with the MINIMUM Placepots on offer a massive £150,000 from Newbury Saturday PLUS £50,000 from Newcastle, closely followed by ANOTHER £50,000 from Carlisle on Sunday – and all any of us need to do is find a horse to place in the first six races at any meeting to pick up a share (final dividends declared to £1 units).
Add in a Scoop6 with a rollover of £14,265 and a Bonus Fund rollover of £94,947 (races below) and that may appeal, though do remember – the winner of all six races is needed to pick up all or some of the Scoop6 prizes, so do remember to gamble responsibly and never risk more than you can conformably afford to lose, be that the horses, or any other medium.
Lastly, we also have a Trifecta (one of my personal favourites) which involves the Coral Cup (3.00pm Newbury). £3357 rolls over for the one race where you have to name the first three home in the correct offer, -not easy but a big sum for tiny stakes shooed you get lucky. Having had a look, I’ll be going with Senior Chief, Galia Des Liteaux, and Iron Bridge in any order – just to get greedy and throw some outsiders in there in the hope of taking every penny.
