Les Gar Gan has been given a big chnace by the handicapper and looks worth siding with at 10/1 in the 6.10 at Wolverhampton today.
The filly was last successful at Lingfield back in January when running on strongly to beat Matraash by 1 1/2 lengths off a mark of 58.
She got put up to 61 for that victory, and is now able to race off a reduced rating of 51 having posted solid efforts in her last four starts.
Three of those have come over course and distance, and the Mark Loughnane trained four-year-old shaped better than the bare result in the last of those when a 4 1/2 length fifth of 12 to Hazel Blue.
Les Gar Gan got bumped two from hoem and jockey Adam Kirby arguably made his move too early in a bid for glory.
If ridden with a bit more restraint this time by Stevie Donohoe, Le Gar Gan looks weighted to run a huge race on the pick of her form.
Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Les Gar Gan (10/1 BetVictor, Ladbrokes, Sky Bet – BOG)
