Lots to like about Quloob

Quloob looks the type that should have moe to offer as a four-year-old on the one to be on in the 3.40 at Newmarket.

The Owen Burrows trained colt showed progressive form throughout lats seasonm when sent handicapping, winning his first three starts before finishing runner-up to Dubawi Fify in a 12-runner affair at Nottingham.

He went down fighting by just a neck off a mark of 94 having started the campaign on a rating of 71.

The winner was also an improver who has won twice since and finsihed a fine fourth of 16 to Magic City in last month’s Chester Cup.

That gives the form a strong look and suggests a revised mark of 98 should not be beyond Quloob.

He is also 1-1 under Dane O’Neill and hails from a yard in decent nick.

With the going fine and further improvement on the carsd he looks to have plenty gping for him.

Daily Sport recommended bet: 2pts win Quloob (9/2 bet365, Paddy Power, Sky Bet – BOG)
